AFFIDAVIT OF DISINTERESTED PERSONS

1. We, Mrs. Zaida Yap, Mrs. Edelmira Dimaculangan, Mrs. Mayla Reolada, and Mr.
Larry Soriano, former and seasoned employees of Manila Patriotic School know the existing
policy of Manila Patriotic School on Summer Classes Pay.

2. We, Mrs. Zaida Yap (former English Supervisor and served the school for 35 years), Mrs.
Edelmira Dimaculangan (former Faculty and served the school for 30 years), Mrs. Mayla
Reolada (former Faculty and served the school for 20 years) and Mr. Larry Soriano (former
Faculty and served the school for 8 years)

3. That Summer Classes Pay should be given at the end of the Summer Classes.

4. There have been policies and contracts but only customarily and unwritten.

5. Summer Class is an extra service rendered by selected Faculty at the end of the School Year
for purposes of teaching students who have failed remarks and students who have deficiencies
on existing curriculum.

6. Summer pay is not included in the payroll but given by the Principal directly to the Teacher
after the rendered service.

7. Teachers who will render Summer Class will get additional payment excluded on the salary.

8. We are not in any way related to any of the foregoing person within fourth degree either by
consanguinity of affinity, nor do we have any pecuniary interest in this matter whatsoever;

9. We are executing this affidavit to attest the truth and veracity of the foregoing facts and for
any legal purpose this may serve.
