THE CHALLENGES AHEAD…

INTRODUCTION:-
Just imagine that you created an original piece of artwork with your own intellect and now
you have a thought in your mind that how can you make it unique and protect others from
copying it then what will you do? Well the answer to this is the copyright which as the name
suggest means the right to copy. It is a type of intellectual property right granted to the
copyright holder for his work. Copyright is an exclusive right given to the creator of an
original work for a limited period of time, it includes works like music, art, dramas, books,
poems etc. A work that requires copyright must be tangible and not merely be an idea or
something intangible it must be visible may be in writing, video, audio , or a picture.

PURPOSE OF THE RESEARCH:-

This research that i have done is for the purpose of providing an insight into the complexity
and ineffability of the copyright law. Everyday thousands of copyright get infringed and
many of those are ignored because the way today people are using technology that it is so
common for them to infringe copyrights without even knowing that they have infringed one
and are also not aware about the consequences of these copyright infringements, they don’t
realize that even editing a photograph of other person and posting it on their social media can
lead to infringement of copyrights which may have serious consequences like heavy fines and
punishments and lead them into a big trouble.
