To Whom It May Concern,

It is with great pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation for Mr. Anthony Monti. I have known
Anthony for the last 6 years. He was brought on as a volunteer basketball coach at St. Ann Catholic
School where I was the Vice Principal and Athletic Administrator. As a coach in our basketball program,
he was an integral part of the success of our athletics program. Anthony is an excellent team player and
very easy to work with.

Anthony is an outstanding coach. He is extremely knowledgeable, and his practices and games were
always well managed. He has a genuine concern for the success of his student athletes both on and off
the court. His coaching style displays a keen awareness for the diversity of his athletes and has the
willingness to adapt to new strategies to find success. Anthony is more than a coach. He is a teacher.
Not only for the game of basketball, but for life skills as well.

Anthony also organized several successful basketball camps in the summer that allowed athletes to
continue to strengthen their skills. He is a very committed and conscientious coach and teacher, and I
would strongly recommend him to your educational institution. Anthony would be a great asset to your
organization.
