It is my honor to recommend Anthony Monti to become a part of your school system. I have
known Anthony for 2 years. He has always been one of our top performing students and I
guarantee you that he will not disappoint you if you decide to hire him.

There are so many positive things I can say about Anthony. The first thing I would like to share
with you is how dedicated he is to become an effective physical education teacher and a coach.
He is determined to develop lessons that will allow his students to grow in their love of physical
activity. He takes suggestions from all his instructors, his classmates, and his cooperating
teacher into consideration because he knows it will benefit his students and develop him into
becoming a qualified physical education teacher. He will reflect on each lesson to improve and
make it meaningful and relatable to his students. He wants his students to enjoy learning in
physical education while making it fun. Anthony shows the passion he has through his school
work and while he teaches. He is a positive role model in our program and for the physical
education field. He is always willing to assist his peers and other students in the PETE program.
Anthony has also assisted me with my presentations at local professional developments and
state conferences. This is a relationship both of us hope to continue.

One last thing I would like to add is how he has been instrumental in helping me improve our
Physical Education Teacher Education Club. Anthony planned events and fundraisers for the
club and was a huge part in starting our website that included a blog.

It has been my pleasure to recommend Anthony Monti. You will not find someone as dedicated
to making a change in a physical education class or the field as Anthony. His skills would make
