Activity 1; Using your own experience, reflect on what PE was like for you in the following
contexts:
1. Primary Level
2. Secondary Level

A. What did you most enjoy about PE?

 In primary level, Regular learning opportunities are provided in physical education
classes in primary schools based on expectations, a developmentally and age-
appropriate curriculum, relevant material, and ongoing assessment. Children's
acquired knowledge, habits, and abilities in physical education help them develop and
maintain active lifestyles far into adulthood. Developing physical fitness is the main
goal of the school course called physical education. Efficient physical activity
Children benefit from programs by gaining knowledge about personal health and
wellbeing, maintaining their physical fitness, developing their talents and confidence,
and exhibiting good social skills.

 Students are more likely to engage in healthful exercise outside of school if they have
improved motor skills, increased muscle strength, and increased bone density.
Additionally, it gives better understanding of the advantages of exercise and how
good it may make them feel.

B. What did you most dislike about PE?

 In elementary, what I don’t like in PE class is getting tired because I think PE is
the useless subject that we may encounter that’s why I don’t like participating in
class when it comes to PE class.

 Secondary level, I hate is the gym is far away from our classroom so we had to
rush to get on time to the gym to get undressed and change our fit into PE uniform
and constant being shouted by our Teacher in PE class.
