1. Define your subject.

Physical Education deals with the idea of physical and fitness education. It also offers
resources for physical activity testing and the involvement of students in fitness growth and
improvements, such as aerobics, self-testing exercises, light and heavy equipment work,
and freehand and floor exercise. Also, it discusses the way to prevent and cure an injury.

2. Why is it included in your curriculum?

PE is included in the curriculum for it improves the desire and trust of students to
engage in a variety of physical activities, both in and out of school. A high-quality PE
program encourages all students to experience several kinds of physical exercise and to
excel. As a student, we may not just focus on how to learn academically. However, we must
learn how to make our bodies healthy while learning.

3. What is the purpose of it in relation to your course?

Accountancy is a stressful course. Doing physical activities can help us with mental
health support and stress relief. As a result, I feel less stress and happy in what I do. My
brain functions well and does every transaction correctly. Also, It provides information and
expertise to communicate with others and to connect to them and offers learning
opportunities to improve my skills.
4. Why you should take that subject before graduating?

After college, we may face an overloading task at work every day. The person who
knows and performs Physical Education well works without becoming over fatigued. It can
accomplish his work with minimum stress. Also, it gives a clear and healthy mind that will
help you solve any problems.

5. Give an example of what you've learned.

I learned that Ligaments are the tissue that connects two bones. However, Tendons
are the tissue that connects muscle to bone. Macro trauma is an injury that comes from a
sudden impact in a major force. Micro trauma comes from repetitive injury over a long
time. Now, I also know how to cure and prevent an injury. PE1 is not complete without
learning the different folk dances of our country and its dance terms. Our national dances
like Rigidon, Cariñosa, Jota, etc. Local dances like the tinikling of Leyte and the Maglalatic of
Biñan.
