THE PERFECT TEACHER

There are loads of teachers in my school, seeing as there is a large number of

students in my school. There are about thirty to forty teachers in my school. Some
teachers are very accessible and good at communicating, whereas others, are
better at giving clear instructions. However, nobody can compare to my favourite
teacher, Coach Ben! He may be strict and harsh at first, but he is only like that to
make you the best version of yourself.
Coach Ben is the gymnastics team Head Coach. He is also the Gymnastics
International Nigerian’s team Head Coach. Coach Ben is outstanding at teaching
gymnastics because he teaches the five different categories and their
subcategories. He also does condition and HIIT training with us to improve our
physical strength. Coach Ben does specialized gymnastics stretches to enhance
our flexibility. Coach Ben teaches us mental exercises to amplify our mental
strength as that can be an immense part of gymnastics. Our Coach is also very
accessible and gives straightforward instructions. After every competition,
regardless whether we win or lose, he buys us pizza and ice cream. For Christmas
and Summer holidays he takes us to Upbeat (the trampoline park) to train. The
best part about it is that it is only the team, the park is empty!
Coach Ben is known for his great relationships with his colleagues and his various,
new ideas at school board meetings. He has been nominated teacher of the
month seventeen times! Coach Ben is also terrific at communicating with parents.
He gives clear feedback and listens to the parents’ expectations.
