My Journey in Physical Education 4

Aside from helping us exercise our body, Physical Education 4 made me realize how
important teamwork and cooperation is. My block mates and I learned to form strategies in order
to win a game in both volleyball and basketball. P.E 4 also taught me how to strategized on my
own. Because of this subject, I learned the mechanics of basketball and volleyball. It was
complicated and tiring to play but it eased my burdens in my major subjects.

P.E 4 has been really fun and stress-free because the games were team sports, and also
because of our instructor, Sir Obando, who never failed to make us laugh. He has been so kind
and considerate given the fact that most of us weren't born sporty. He made sure that we learned
the things he wanted us to know. Our instructor did not only show us kindness but also
brotherhood. He treated us like his friends, which made it easier for us to adjust. He cared for us
like an older brother but also disciplined us like how teachers should.

My block mates, on the other hand, were all so chill and fun to be with. They made me
appreciate the little things in life. They became my friends and my family even though we barely
knew each other before. What made it also fun was the fact that everyone helps one another to
get the points we desire. There were times we annoyed our instructor and thankfully, everyone
knew what should be done. This semester has been so hard but everyone encouraged and cheered
one another.

All in all, this semester's P.E is the best not only because of our instructor but also
because of the people around me. Hopefully, everyone learned, enjoyed and treasured every
memory we had during our classes in Physical Education 4.
