Providence Healthcare is an ancient and prominent service organisation which has more

than hundred years of history. The economic slowdown in the country created an urgency to
change and essentiality of new process plan. Josie Walsh the CEO has to lead the
organisation through enormous change that turns around from potential crisis to financial
