HOW TO PRINT ENTIRE WEB PAGE

Microsoft Internet Explorer:

1. Open the web page.


2. Click on File – Print preview
3. Change the drop-down selection from “As Laid Out on Screen” to Only the Selected Frame” (this
will not show the headers and footers upon printing).
4. Click on the Print icon.

Google Chrome (Option 1 – based on widely-used default settings)

1. Open the web page.


2. Press Ctrl + A
3. Right click on the page and left click on “Print”
4. Most likely your “default” says – “Save as PDF” and will have a “save” button – see below:

5. If so, click on the “Save” button and save it to a folder (remember the folder).
6. Open the saved document using Adobe Reader and print.
Google Chrome(Option 2)

1. Open the web page.


2. Press Ctrl + A
3. Right click on the page and left click on “Print”
4. Click on the “Change” button and choose a “Local Destination” i.e. printer (see below):

5. Click on “Print”.

Firefox:

1. Open the web page.


2. Click on Firefox icon (top left corner of screen).
3. Choose “Print” from the print menu.
4. In the Print Frames area – click on “The selected frame” button and click OK.
