Important Notes:-
• Applicant to specify exact dates of travel, failing which the
application will be rejected

• If applicant is also travelling, then his/her name should be

included in Members Travelling list

• Attach relevant records, failing which the application will be

rejected

• Once your application is submitted successfully you will

receive SMS and email with your application reference
number

• Once your ePass is approved you will receive another SMS

with ePass download link and if you have entered email
address you will receive ePass in email

 • Fill all the columns and click on submit

Note: If applicant is also travelling, then his/her name should be included in

Members Travelling list
• Click on Attach Annexure

• Select and upload documents and click on save annexure

• Preview your application and click on Submit Button
• Once your application is submitted successfully you will receive sms
and email with your application reference number

• Once your ePass is approved you will receive another SMS with ePass
download link and if you have entered email address you will receive
ePass in email
