extreme shallow (0.2m) down to 3000 m water depths.
a. Key Features:
1. The EA440 is a high precision hydrographic echo sounder.
2. Multiple applications Hydrographic, sidescan and sub-bottom light
3. Up to eight simultaneous channels
4. Frequencies from 38 kHz to 500 kHz
5. Sub-bottom functionality at 15 kHz
6. CW/FM pulse forms
7. Easy to install on Windows computers
8. Roll, pitch and heave compensation
9. True raw data logging
10. World class bottom detection
b.
2. SINGLE BEAM ECHO SOUNDER, TO FULL OCEAN DEPTHS
KEY FEATURES
 The EA640 is a high precision hydrographic echo sounder
 Up to eight simultaneous channels
 Frequencies from 10 kHz to 500 kHz
 Deep water frequencies 12 and 18 kHz
 CW/FM pulse forms
 Easy to install on Windows computers
 Roll, pitch and heave compensation
 True raw data logging
 World class bottom detection
 TRANCEIVER TYPES
 WBT high power: 2 channels, range from 10 to 50 kHz, power 2 kW
 WBT standard: 4 channels, range from 10 to 500 kHz, power 500 W
 The EA640 also supports the General Purpose Tranceiver (GPT)
EASY TO OPERATE
The EA640 has been designed for the professional hydrography community. For
maximum flexibility and ease of operation, the EA640 echo sounders uses a Microsoft
Windows® operating system. The EA640 software can be run on any Windows
compatible commercial computer.
SYSTEM FUNCTIONALITY
Wide band frequency sweep (FM) in combination with advanced signal processing gives
an exceptionally good signal to noise ratio and range resolution. With FM sweepingecho
sounders range does not have to be sacrificed for resolution.
REPLAY AND STORAGE
The EA640 offers internal storage of all raw sample data. This includes all external input
sensor data for replay purposes. A highly flexible processing regime makes it possible to
log high density complex raw data for advanced post-processing.
INDIVIDUAL SCREEN PRESENTATION
You can set up the display picture to suit your special needs. You can choose different
windows on the screen for echogram, A-scope and digital depth. You can even control
all the functions in the EA640 with just a click on the screen. These functions include
comprehensive context sensitive on-line help. Save your favorite settings and call them
back when you need them.
HIGHLY FLEXIBLE CHANNEL SET UP
Up to eight high-power transceivers can operate simultaneously from the EA640. For
improved performance, they are installed close to the transducers and linked to the
combined display and processor with a single data cable. Available frequencies span
from 10 to 500 kHz.
SYSTEM SOFTWARE
The EA640 will continuously be updated on a regular basis. New software releases will
be available to download free of charge from the KONGSBERG web.

CEE Hydro System

1. CEE Line
The CEE-LINE™ represents a next generation approach to GNSS
pole-mounted bathymetry surveys. With an indestructible construction and a
no-nonsense USB power cable connection to the acquisition data collector,
tablet or PC the CEE-LINE™ is a survey-grade echo sounder designed for
maximum reliability and exceptional bottom tracking. With no internal battery
to worry about, the CEE-LINE™ is always ready to start surveying.
Containing a super-fast modern processor running advanced bottom
tracking algorithms, the CEE LINE™ keeps a solid lock on the bottom even in
extremely shallow water. With a ping rate up to 10Hz and two frequency
channels 33 kHz and 200 kHz available, the CEE LINE™ may equally be
used with dedicated hydrographic acquisition software or with GNSS
topographic acquisition utilities.

The CEE-LINE™ is designed to operate with hand controllers using either a USB or COM
port interface. Simply plug the data / power cable into the acquisition device and bring in the
echo sounder depth data. The CEE-LINE™ outputs several formats for trouble-free
integration into GNSS continuous topo data recording.
