Sub: Regarding following documentation for up-gradation to OMS ISO 9001 :2015.

As all are aware that RVPN is an ISO 9001 :2008 Certified Company. Now as per ISO new
regulations/requirement. this certification is to be upgraded to ISO 9001 :2015 at the earliest.
So in order to make strict compliance of OMS ISO 9001 :2015, documentation process is to be
maintain by every office in-charge.
In the first phase, list of important documentation work has been prepared in consultation with
ISO certifying agency and same is being enclosed (Annexure-I). The said documentation work is to be
completed latest by 30th Apr. 2018.
Further, since 82 Officers of RVPN have already been imparted training of OMS ISO 9001 :2015
and are now certified Auditors (enclosed at Annexure-II), so in case of any help, these Auditors will work
as Mentors in their respective circle. They can be contacted for any kind of query/clarification/help etc.

In view of above, compliance of ISO 9001:2015 requirements by your office and all office(s) .
under your jurisdiction is to maintained as per checklist at Annexure-I upto 30th Apr. 2018.
