Sleeping is one of the Function we do throughout life.

The sleeping itself is the Brain function, and puts major impact on how you fell and
do things throughout Day.

A good sleep for me is needed to be fresh and energetic in our everyday. Sleep plays
an important role in our physical and mental health but too much sleep isn't good for
you either and comes with its own health risks, but less of people sleep more than
nine hours a night. But we must take at least 7-hour sleep to be healthy and wise.

Everytime I had a good night sleep I feel happy. It helps me increase concentration.

You remember ? someone asking.. why you're soo Drowsy today, haven't sleep last
night?

Sleeping helps not only Brain but also Body, Digestive System and all most all
functions to perform optimally.

Again sleeping is Night thing, if it's more in day time it will end up you in yawning
throughout the day..

Why sleeping is Priority?
