Sec 3
Filipino In The Contemporary World

1. What should incoming students expect to learn?

Incoming students should expect greater when it comes to approaching their new chapter
of learning in the collegiate level. They must have the apt capacity to absorb a huge
amount of information in a ample amount of time. Personally, despite of being set to a
certain bachelor’s degree to be attained after college, the learning scope does not limit on
a certain field. Majority of the lessons and lectures are empirical and almost applicable in
everyday living and is relevant to whatever field an individual is pursuing.

2. What will they find most challenging? What advice should they follow?

What will they find challenging is the fast-paced learning that is mere different from
High School Compared to College. A huge amount of information must be digested by a
student in a small amount of time and is needed to be mastered or get a hang of and
translate that information into practice. What they should do to better handle the learning
experience is to give enough attention into detail and familiarize oneself into the
dynamics of collegiate learning.
