    We start to do an online observation by an MOE website and observe the MST for two weeks.

    In my

    case I were in the primary school and when I contact with the MST, she refused to let me observing her

    because her class only 30 minutes and as she said that I will not benefit anything. So what I did in these

    two weeks I was registering the website every day and see the students work posting in the website.

    Also, I collect the information’ from the MST in the Ajman academy such as the feedback and pictures.
