Discard the hydrophobic fiter and shor tube. Reconnect the vacuum (long) tube to the elbow and ‘bush the elbow back onto the iter boss. When the unt used without a hydrophobic fier, the manufacturer isnot responsible for possible damage or cantamination tothe vacuum pump. NOTE: tis recommended that replacement parts, including the hydro: phobic iter, tubing and jar assemblies be kept on hand at af times.
