1. The goods are required to be insured under Marine All Risks terms
from warehouse Vietnam to warehouse Hamburg. The insurance is
to be affected with a first class Vietnamese or foreign insurance
company.
2. On inspection, we find that the mistake was caused by a confusion
in measures in the design stage and we have arranged for the
replacements to be sent to you as soon as possible.
3. As instructed in your letter dated 17th July, our bank has transferred
US $100,000 to your account in payment of the draft drawn by the
ABC bank for our first consignment of 30 MT of rice carried to you
by the SS XYZ. We have deducted charges from your account up to
US $100.
