Playground balls and pines

INSTRUCTIONS:

 1pick up a ball
 2make a row and stay on your spot
 3take turns
 4Take the ball on your right hand and start pushing ten times
 5Now, take the on your left hand and start pushing ten times
 6Now walk slowly from one pine to another (make an example) and return
 7Change hands when arriving to the pine across the playground
 8Do the exercise again, this time running slowly (make an example)
