20 pounds by June, it is the beginning of may.

1779 kCal.
• If you go back and look at the last slide of drawbacks and benefits,
which more has more?
• The drawbacks do, I have talked to my doctor about this diet and so
has my mom.
• My mom was told not to do the keto, I was told that if I do the diet to
not stay on it longer than a month.
• I feel like the keto diet is a fun looked diet because it doesn’t or isn’t a
hard diet but it is also not a healthy diet because of all the health
problems
• So if you think you want to do the Keto diet, ask your doctor first.
