2 የድጋፍ ደብዳቤ፡-የአመልካቹን ጥንካሬና ባህሪ የሚገልጽ የድጋፍ ደብዳቤ ከመ/ቤት ኃላፊ /ከቀድሞ መምህር/ Recommendation Letter
3 የመመዝገቢያ ክፍያ፡- የማመልከቻ ክፊያ የ100 ብር ደረሰኝ በመያዝ የማመልከቻ ቅጽ ከቅበላ ክፍል ቢሮ ቁጥር 210፤ 211 እና
ከዩኒቨርሲቲው ዌብሳይት (www.amu.edu.et) ማግኘት ይችላለ፡፡
4 በመንግስት /በድርጅት ስፖንሰርነት ሇሚማሩ በመስሪያ ቤቱ/ በድርጅቱ ኃላፊ የሚፈረም /Sponsor ship form / ከቅበላ ክፍል ቢሮ
ቁጥር 210 ፤ 211 እና ከዩቪርሲቲው ድህረ-ገፅ (www.amu.edu.et) ማግኘት ይችላለ፡፡

 የማመልከቻ ቦታ ፡-አርባ ምንጭ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ሬጅስትራርና አ/ዳ/ጽ/ቤት ቅበላ ክፍል 211 እና አዲስ አበባ ጉዳይ ማስፈፀሚያ ጽ/ቤት/ አራት ኪሎ
ሮሚና ካፌ ጎን
 ሇፈተና ያሇፉ አመልካቾች ዝርዝር የሚወጣበት ቀን፡-ሰኔ 18/2011 ዓ.ም
 የመግቢያ ፈተና የሚሰጥበት ቀን፡-ሰኔ 25/2011 ዓ.ም በድህረ-ምረቃ ት/ቤት ህንጻ ፈተና ይሰጣል
 ፈተናያሇፉየሚገሇጽበት፡-ሰኔ 28 /2011 ዓ.ም
 የምዝገባጊዜ፡- ሐምሌ 8/2011ዓ.ም ይሆናል፡፡

ማሳሰብያ፡-ማንኛውም የመግቢያ ፈተና ያሇፈ አመልካች ኦፊሻል ትራንስክሪፕት/ Official Transcript/ በምዝገባ ወቅት ካላቀረበ መመዝገብ
የማይችል መሆኑን ከወዲሁ በጥብቅ ሇማሳሰብ እንወዳሇን፡፡
