society and he/she/they are member of flat no. A-403 of our society
and society has allocated him the share certificate no. 141 to 150
(10 Nos).

We also confirm that there are no outstanding dues/charges

payables by the member in respect of the said flat, and he has paid
all the dues in respect of the same up to date. We further confirm
that he can transfer/sale his property to any one and we have
no objection for that.
