Declaration of Authorized Signatory

Razor Academy Private Limited an entity, having its registered office at  2/169 C,
Aalavanthannallur, Malliampathu, Srirangam, Trichy. TamilNadu - 620102 .

We hereby declare that we are the ‘Beneficial Owners’/ ‘Authorized Signatories’ of the
Company.

We hereby certify that the facts stated above are true and correct. We confirm that Cashfree
Payments India Private Limited (“Cashfree”) shall be entitled to rely on this declaration and
the information relating to the Beneficial Owners / Authorized Signatories.

We undertake and agree to notify Cashfree of any changes in the controlling persons,
person exercising control, or having controlling ownership interest in the Entity, without any
delay.

We further confirm that we are the Beneficial Owners who are also the authorized signatory
of the Entity and is authorized to sign/ execute jointly all documents/ agreements of any
nature including NDAs, Merchant Agreement, Service Agreements, and other legal
documents with Cashfree on behalf of the Entity, and to do all such things as may be
required in connection therewith and that all such agreements/ contracts shall be binding on
the Entity.
