Script 1 – Breathing Technique (Deep-Breathing)

(Note for the reader -These dialogues are suggestive in nature there may be a slight change in
them during recording of the video)

Good Morning my lovely students. Aaj aap mere yani Nikhil Sharma ke sath happiness ko breathe-in
kaise kiya jata ye sikhenge. To aap soch rahe hai kaise. Chaliye to me apko sikhta hoon.

Sabse pehle sukhasan me baith jaiye with your spine straight- ye hmare body posture ko bhi smart
bnata hai also keep your shoulder relax…neck relax... Now you are ready. Ab hum ek gehri saans lenge
lekin before we learn deep breathing first we learn how to breathe correctly, jaise ki breathe-in karte
hue stomach hmara bahar ki tarf strech hota hai aur breathe-out karte hue stomach ander ki tarf ki
sikudega.

(Trainer shows the viewers that how to breathe correctly by showing the movements of stomach as
described above)

Chaliye ab hum taiyaar hai deep breathing karne ke liye, jo hmare mind ko shaant karti hai aur hume
relax karti hai. To ab ek gehri saans le taki apka pura stomach puri tarh se strech ho jaiye, now hold
your breathe for 5 seconds, 5 4 3 2 1….. now release the breathe through nostril & as you release your
breathe, apne stomach ko ander ki tarf khiche.

Let’s do it one more time taki hum ache se sikh jaaye.

(Trainer does it one more time without giving the instructions & also an animated counting till 5 could
be shown in the video during the second time)

Students es tarh deep breathing karne se, aap sikh jate hai joy ko experience karna aur sare negative
thoughts ko bahar exhale kar dena.

So isi new learning ke sath aap taiyaar hai aur bhi bloop fitness activity me participate karne ke liye.

Script 2 – Streching Technique (Neck Workout)

(Video begins with showing the Trainer talking to somebody over a call and suddenly he looks at the
camera)

Oh hey mobile hmari life ka ek important hissa ban chukka hai. Mobile games se lekar, education sab
mobile me available hai. Par esko lambe samay tak use karne se hamri neck me pain hone lgta hai aur
sath sath neck-hump hone ka khatra rehta hai. To aaiye ek simple neck workout se sikhte hai apne
neck pain aur use jude body posture thik rakhna.

(Trainer demonstrate the simple neck workout, similar to the Link in appropriate amount of time)
