MOTHER’S DAY WREATHS

My mother always loved flowers...no matter what form they came in…and so do I!

I used to make them out of colored paper, wrapping paper, fabric, crepe paper, and
tissue paper...as well as using real flowers to create a work of art. Making this floral
wreath reminds me of those days.

Today, I love to use all types of nature in my art work like seeds, leaves, sticks,
grass, petals, bugs, and flowers in my art!

Supplies you will need for a Mother’s Day Wreath:

 Egg cartons

 Round paper plates

 Paint

 Scissors

 Glue
How to make an egg carton wreath

1. Cut apart each little cup in your egg carton, then shape it into petals

2. Cut out the center of your paper plate

3. Paint each flower, in the colors you would like to have

4. Then glue your flowers onto your paper plate

5. You can add buttons, pom poms, cotton balls, leaves, curled paper, and paint
the insides of your flowers with any design you would like
