HEDNO would like to inform consumers that today, Monday, February 25,
from the early morning hours there have been serious power supply problems
in the Chania Prefecture due to the severe weather affecting the area.

HEDNO's crews are on site and making every effort to restore any damages,
despite the extremely difficult and adverse conditions, most notably the lack
of access to many areas across the prefecture.

HEDNO would like to thank consumers for their understanding and apologize
for any inconvenience. Our crews are fully prepared to restore any damages,
when and insofar as access to damaged Grid areas is possible.
