John is thirty-nine years old. He is from Porto, in Portugal, so he speaks Portuguese. But he also
speaks English because he works for a big company and he is the Logistics Manager. Logistics is about
getting the right product, to the right customer, in the right quantity, in the right condition, at the right
place, at the right time, and at the right cost.

The primary goal of logistics is to effectively manage the project life cycles and resultant efficiency.

John is a very hardworking person, responsible and organised. He is married and he has got two
children, a boy and a girl. The success of his company depends on his managing skills and his logistics
knowledge.
