assessment. How true are these statements to you? 1 - least true; 10 - most true. Use

Relationship with yourself: I love who I am. I treat myself well, I accept and

Body temple: I treat my body well and take care of it. I give it proper
nutrition, exercise, and rest. My body temple is healthy, stable and happy.
Finances: I am doing quite well with my finances. I have enough, way more
than I need, and there is no lack or struggle.
