Greg’s Good Day Method

The good day method is just a stripped down version of this.. where everything
not necessary has been pulled out..

so,, it's morning... in imagination you imagine it is late that night (or anytime)...
in imagination, make then now and feel as though aaahhh this was a good day

it works for anything and everything...

headache... in imagination move out a bit further, make then now, feeling
thankful that now you feel good..

morning.. want to wake up at a certain time, feeling a certain way...

before bed.. in imagination, imagine having just woken up, make then now, it is
the time you wanted to, feeling how you wanted...

have an issue not getting into sats, or pushing it too far and falling asleep..

imagine you have just finished that session, make then now... feeling as
though... mmmm that was a fantastic session (works for any issue you're having
with sessions... just before a session move to having just come out of session
feeling as though it was FANTASTIC... then do your session)

this can be used in any way... for anything

no real scene usually... just the feeling..

for instance.. can you feel thankful?

get straight in your mind exactly what you want.. move out to where it is
already true and feel thankful for it
you know what you are feeling thankful for... you are god.. so if you know, god
knows..

there's nothing that needs to be communicated to anything "out there"...

if you know what you are feeling thankful for... done
