Page Narrative: Technology

1) Select technology tools for integration across the curriculum.

2) Any student-created assignments, such as Software Literacy Projects, Technology Standards

Project, Emerging Technology Project, and Lesson Plan. Assignments using various visual

software (such as Truss Bridge, Classroom Map, Can O My Town, etc.) are preferred.

3) I learned so much in this class. I learned about technologies that I wasn’t aware of before or

had never used before and I felt that my understanding of the technologies that I could use in the

future both as a student and as an educator. I learned how to use Microsoft, which was a piece of

software I was not familiar with before. I learned how to make a website and how to make a

spreadsheet to organize and add student grades.

4) As a future teacher, I will know how to make presentations in both PowerPoint and Google

Docs, as well as knowing how to better utilize Google and Microsoft to do other projects such as

making posters, certificates, or designing a classroom. I now can make a grading sheet for my

students which will be very helpful to both myself and them. During my interviews, I learned

about software programs and technology that teaches and administrators use in their classrooms

which I also hope to use in my classroom.
