Phase-out | Alcatel-Lucent IP Touch 4008 phase-out

We are announcing the end of sales of the Alcatel-Lucent IP Touch® 4008 by March 31, 2016.
Due to the end of life of components supply, orders for the Alcatel-Lucent IP Touch 4008 will be accepted
on eBuy from January 4, 2016, stock permitting.

The following items will be removed from the Alcatel-Lucent OpenTouch® Suite for MLE H1 2016 and
OpenTouch® Suite for SMB H1 2016 commercial offers:

Hardware support policy:

The following contractual maintenance and repair conditions apply:

 From April 1, 2016 until September 30, 2018: Return to Factory (RTF) and Advanced Replacement (AVR)
services are available.
 From October 1, 2018 until April 1, 2021: Repair only Return to Factory (RTF) is proposed.

Replacement product:

The following products can be considered as a replacement solution:

 Alcatel-Lucent IP Touch 4018
 Alcatel-Lucent 8001 DeskPhone

For your convenience, the Eflash will be available in French, German and Spanish on the Enterprise Business
Portal a few days after the publication in English.
