Problem: to Increase Productivity at Work

Being more productive at work helps you to do the quality work in a short time. My 2 core
elements of solving this problem are deadlines and competence.

Most people think that deadlines create pressure and prevent them, but they also have
benefits. The deadlines directly impact your time. They force you to organize your tasks in
order of priority, so that you only work with the most significant goals.

The employee competence is about people feeling good about the work they do. It’s about
being excited, or even loving, to go to work. “Choose a job you love, and you will never have
to work a day in your life.” – Confucius. I think this expression describes the fact if the
employee is competent, he will enjoy the work and his productivity will be high.

If an employee is competent in the work that he has chosen and correctly set deadlines on
the performance of this work, his productivity grows many times.
