    What should you do in this situation? Explain your answer keeping corporate ethics in mind.
    ANS:

    According to given scenario, I do not remove expensive systems that reduce the maximum levels of toxic
    waste to minimum levels. However it may increase the cost. So increasing pressure from industry
    analysts is to reduce cost to increase the return on investment. As there is many other ways to reduce
    cost so, I suggest other ways to reduce cost rather than not using expensive systems that keep waste to
    much lower levels .Because not using expensive systems may increase the toxic waste that may pollute
    more environment like rival company do. However polluting more toxic waste is legally permitted but it
    cause ethical issues and pollute more environment that may result in such a serious environmental
    problem.
