The Outlook app to check your e-mails in mobility

From now, to consult your e-mails and your professional calendar from your
non Total iPhone or iPad, it is necessary to download and use the « Outlook »
app. The old « Email + » and « Calendar » apps, automatically integrated on
your device, no longer allow you to access your mailbox and your meetings.

This application fully meets the Group's security standards and is the only
point of access to your e-mails from a mobile device.

This factsheet will guide you, step by step, in the installation of the Outlook app
on your mobile device not managed by Total.

Requirements to connect to Outlook

It is necessary to have a Digital P@ss account and to start by downloading the


Memority app on one of his mobile devices, managed or not by Total. You also
1 need to download « Microsoft Authenticator » (that can be found on App Store for
iOS devices, 9.0 version or later).

If you do not have a Digital P@ss account, you can submit a request using the
following link. Be aware that this request must be made from a Total VISION
2 workstation or from your Total internal manager if you do not have a VISION
workstation.

Memority allows you to securely authenticate. If you are connected to internet,


3 select the option « PUSH Authentication ». If you are on offline mode, select
« Enter code » to get your « One Time Password / OTP » that you will use to
log in.

If you do not have the app


yet, download it from the App Store.

Please note that you will no longer


be able to check your professionals
e-mails and calendar from the
integrated « Email + » and
« Calendar » apps.

Set up the Outlook app

Click on the Outlook app,


1 enter your Total e-mail address (eg. :
surname.lastname@total.com) and click
on « Add Account ».

You are then redirected to Digital P@ss.


Enter your IGG, then select « PUSH
2 Authentication » or generate a code by
choosing : « Enter Code ».

You will receive a notification from


Memority on your device. Click to open
3 and follow the indicated instructions on
your screen to authenticate (use of
biometrics or password entry).

If this window appears, do not click on


4 « Register » but select « Done ».

Open the « Microsoft Authenticator » app from


5 your mobile device.

In the « Microsoft Authenticator » app, click on


6 the « Menu » icon in the top left, then click on
« Settings ».

7 Select the option « Device Registration ».

In the « Email » field, enter your Total e-mail


8 address and click on « Register device ».

The message « Device Registration


Successful » appears.
9 You can now close the « Microsoft
Authenticator » app and access to the Outlook
app without any additional step.

Synchronize your Outlook contacts with the mobile app

From the Outlook mobile app, click


on the « Menu » icon (the 3
1 horizontal lines), then click on the
« Settings » icon (the gear wheel).

Click on your account.


2 If multiple accounts are displayed,
select the Office 365 account.

Turn on the « Save Contact »


3 option and confirm your choice by
clicking on « Save to my iPhone ».

If this window appears, click on « Open


4 Settings ».

Your Outlook contacts are now synchronized with


5 your phone and appear in the native « Contacts » app.

From the Outlook mobile app,

Click on your account.

select the Office 365 account.

3 Turn on the « Sync contacts » option.

When this window appears,


4 click on « Allow ».

Your Outlook contacts are now synchronized with


5 your phone and appear in the native « Contacts » app.
