Short Term Goals

By May of 2020, I will have graduated high school. I will do so by ensuring that all of my graduation requirements
have been fulfilled. I will make sure that my senior exit presentation is finished by February of 2020. by spending
one hour each week working on it. I will take at least an hour each month reviewing my graduation requirements
to ensure that I am still on track. I will set alarms to ensure that i am attending class and set calendar reminders
to remind myself when assignments, homework, and tests are due.

Long Term Goals

By 2023 I will have graduated college with my bachelors degree in computer science in order to become a
computer software engineer. I will do so by ensuring that my college grade point average stays above a 3.0.
Doing so will keep me always academically inclined. I will also commit to studying the information i have learned
every week at the end of the week. A minimum of 2 hours will be commuted during my free time on Friday. I will
also be sure to commit to having an optional hour of tutoring every month just in case I true fully do not
understand the concepts portrayed in my current classes. I will also email my professors and teachers in the
event that I do not understand a concept. Doing so will make passing classes a breeze.

on hand work based experience to allow me to see how the industry functions. doing so will allow me to see
if the computer industry is truly right for me.

To broaden my reach and knowledge of colleges in Michigan I attended a college fair offered at multiple
leadership events. These college fair events allowed me to see a wide range of colleges in Michigan that I
did not know existed These college fairs provided a widened scope of my available options in Michigan. Also
allowing me to see what options best suit my financial needs better helping me plan for my future.

i found out what it is like to work on a team. And what it means to be an effective worker. I also was able to
lightly shadow the networking team , which gave me experience in a real working environment in my field of

I have gotten practice to help improve my potential SAT score. The practice helped me in my career
because a higher SAT score could help me get into more prestigious colleges that could better my
education. I have learned many test taking strategies and practiced possible questions that could appear on
the test.

Hurley Career day

The Hurley Healthcare career day helped me in my computer software engineer career by giving me a
hands on look on what people in my career field do. The professionals gave me tips on what to expect when
pursuing this career and how to prepare for college. The network professionals talked about what
companies are looking or when hiring computer software engineers and they showed me what their server
room looks like and how they maintain it.

Robotics Club
September 2015 - April 2016
Robotics club helped me in perusing a computer software engineer career by giving me experience in
coding. Prior experience in coding is required when going to college at the University of Michigan Flint and
Kettering. In the Club I was able to learn Java Script and the basics and general foundation of coding.

In the fall of 2015, I joined the Genesee Early College robotics team - Team TESLA.Robotics Club will help
my ability to work with others and help me learn useful skills like computer coding and working in the shop.
So far I've learned basic java script code. We had 2 competitions during 2016 season at Kettering University
and another in Marysville, Michigan. I learned about team work and planning, both relevant to my future
career field.

German Club
September 2014 - May 2015
Having a second language could help me when I am trying to exchange ideas with a foreign scientist. I also
learned about the German heritage, we went to an attraction in Fankenmuth, Michigan that taught us all
about German's and their culture.
