PREFACE

Moot Court is an artificial court. Moot court is organized for law students
for practicing the procedure of the court. It gives the practical knowledge
how to deal with cases in the real world. It becomes very important for a
law student to participate in the moot court because it develops the
confidence in the student to face the real world. It is my faithful pleasure
to participate in the Moot court.
