LIC is to install a license replaces two DLL files.

Specific process is as follows:

lic authority "rsi.master2017_new.lic" Copy to
C: \ users \ public \ documents \ Rockwell Automation \ Activations
NOTE: This path about the drive and operating system installation, the default path
is C drive

2, the replacement ECC patch:

If FTACommon.dll patch, just copy to
c: \ Program Files \ Common Files \ Rockwell \
or
c: \ Program Files (x86) \ Common Files \ Rockwell \
Note: FTACommon.dll not universal, first confirm before copying the original
version of the file.
Methods Click Right -> Properties -> look at the details in the original
FTACommon.dll version corresponds to the version to replace the wrong version, do
so.
If the file can not be copied or can not be renamed, it entered into the Task
Manager to end the process rsvchost.exe try.

3, more than two steps to restart the computer to complete, the software is ready
for use, but will pop up prompt piracy, we need to replace FTAStub.dll files
