Beloved Cats Home Ruined After Owner Brings Home New Pet

Cat of longtime fame Garfield has had his home virtually
destroyed after his owner Jon brought home a new dog. We
reported back in December that Odie, Jon's old dog and
Garfield's second-best friend, tragically passed away after
being electrocuted because he was licking the Christmas
lights, thinking they were treats. After some silence from the
family it was announced last week that Jon would be looking
for a new dog, and it was confirmed on Saturday that he
found a new dog named Snoopy via Jon's Instagram. Come
Tuesday Jon's house was found trashed with broken windows,
bits of furniture and other debris in his lawn. We had the
chance to interview Jon last night once things calmed down.
"I don't know what went wrong, I thought they would get
along just fine! I guess I could have seen it coming because
when I brought Snoopy home, he just laughed at Garfield for
like 20 minutes,

when he finally calmed down, I asked him why he did that
and he bloated himself up, I think he found it funny how fat
Garfield is. Garfield seemed fine with Snoopy aside from
when he scratched Snoopy's doghouse and wore Snoopy's
cute Red Baron hat, but that's how Garfield shows love. On
Monday, Pooky went missing so I spent all day trying to
find him, but I had to make lasagna for Garfield to cheer up
his Monday, but it just vanished out of the oven, and it
wasn't Garfield since he only got madder at me. Then I get
home today and I hear a ton of ruckus happening and my
house and lawn and destroyed. I run inside to see Garfield
taking cover behind a flipped table and Snoopy is outside on
top of his doghouse wearing his Red Baron cap with the
goggles down seemingly shooting at Garfield. I calmed
them both down and apparently, they got a little too excited
and they were playing pretty hard before it concluded
with me coming home. I'm not sure what they were doing
but I think they had fun, hopefully this is the start of another
great friendship!"
