 Upto point 5, Contents the numbering will be in Roman letters (I, ii, iii, iv….). Algebraic
numbering will start from introduction (i.e 1, 2, 3, 4,…..).
 Please note the case of letters in the cover page. The page is centered.
 The matter contained in the report should be typed in MS word (1.5 spacing) Times New
Roman, 12 pt or equivalent with other software printed on both sides with page numbering
at the centre.
 Figures and tables may be inserted in the text as they appear or may be appended in order.
 List of references shall be appended at the end.
 Subject matter should be typed on both sides.
 References at the end of the report should be in the following format:
Author1, Author2, Author3, “Title of the paper”, journal name, volume no., page numbers (year).
Example:
A. Panda, A. Pathak, W. Nandagoswami and P. Pramanik, “Preparation and characterization of
nanocrystalline strontium bismuth antalite” Material Science and Engineering B, 97 (275-282) 2003.
 Submitted reports will only be accepted if declaration document as in Annexure I is duly
signed.

Name of the students and session (2019 for this year) should be encrypted on side crease of
hard bound cover. As below…
