Consideration of Bids for Rental Equipment with and without Operator and
Consideration of Bids for the Purchase of Fuel, Materials & Services and Permission to
Use Surplus Equipment Funds to Purchase a Used Dump Body for a Truck.

6) Resolution #9 of 2020 - Resolution Commencing Eminent Domain - In the Matter of the

Acquisition of Certain Fee Acquisitions for Use in Public Project.

7) Resolution #10 of 2020 - Resolution Scheduling a Public Hearing on the Proposed

8) Resolution #11 of 2020 - Resolution for Consideration of Amending the Town of

Middletown Sewer Use Law and Scheduling a Public Hearing for June 10th, 2020.

9) Appointment of Jennifer Kabat to the Board of Assessment Review - 05/13/20-09/30/30

to replace Barbara Puglisi who resigned effective April 9, 2020.

10) Proposal from Craig Cherry for Lawn Maintenance and Window Cleaning for $2,450.
and Proposal from Craig Cherry for Power Washing Town Building for $2,500.

11) Approve Monthly Vouchers for payment.

12) Adjournment.
