Subject : FAKE/Imitation/Sub-standards Personal Protective Equipments (PPE)

Dear All,

Starting today, we will only use or utilize all sorts of Personal Protective Equipment that have
passed SAFETY STANDARDS. From Safety Spectacles to Safety Hardhats, Safety Shoes and the like. We
are imposing this for us to be SAFE from the hazards of the Project Site. Needless to say, there will be no
more fashion glasses too inside the Project Site. As per implementation of “some” Contractor, the
issuance system is Sub-standard spectacle were being given to the workers, which is NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Moreover, please make sure that during Daily Tool Box Meeting, ALL WORKERS must have the
BASIC PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT, SUITABLE AND APPROPRIATE TO EACH WORKERS.

WE ALL NEED TO RAISE THE BAR WHEN WE TALK ABOUT SAFETY. IT IS A NEVER ENDING
JOURNEY.
