I WILL COOK THE BEST COOKIES OF YOUR LIFE!

Ingredients:

1500g Self-Rising Flour

1000g Sugar

500g Butter

250g Vegetable Shortening

5 Eggs

1 Cup of Milk Powder

Pinch Of Sodium Bicarbonate

Splash Of Vanilla

Pinch Of Salt

Recipe:

Beat 500g Butter and 250g Vegetable Shortening (with a electric mixer or hand wisk).

You can melt both things to make it easy but then allow to cool.

The point is to convert the mixture into a single color (yellow without white points).

Add 1000g Sugar and keep blending 20 minutes. Then Add 5 Eggs and blending another 15
minutes.

Next, add 1 Cup Of Milk Powder, Pinch Of Sodium Bicarbonate, Splash Of Vainilla while still
beating all the ingredients.

Later, gradually add 1500g Self Rising Flour and keep blending, this is little by little to form a
compact batter or dough. Finally, you will need your hands to finish kneading the final product on
the table.

Note:
The important point is to form a compact non-sticky dough.
If the dough is still sticky, keep adding more Self Rising Flour.
It´s recommended to let the final product stand for 30 minutes.
To make cookies:

With the dough, make small balls of 15 grams or 20 grams. This small balls you can cover with
colored sprinkles or colored dragees, chocolate sprinkles or chocolate dragees, raisins, cinnamon,
sugar; THE COMPLEMENT YOU PREFER.

It´s important that the small ball should be covered halfway with the complement to place them
on the tray. Before placing the small balls on the tray, spread the tray with vegetable oil and flour.

Stand the small balls on the tray with the half part without complement. These must keep some
distance from each other.

Preheat oven 180° C and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Note:
Baking time will depend on the type of oven and characteristic. The cookies will be ready when
they turn golden.
