STARTING POINT
Sundays, February 23 - March 29 • 1:15pm - 2:30pm
Starting Point is a new group for new people. For
many, it’s an intimidating step to move from a Sunday
morning worship gathering into a Gospel Community
that meets in a home full of people they don't know
very well. Starting Point serves as an intermediate
step between the two. You can expect a time of coffee
and conversation, Bible discussion, and prayer. It
began on February 23 and meet for six consecutive
weeks at the church building in Room 108 - it’s not too
late to join!

BAPTISM CELEBRATION
Sunday, April 12 • 9:00am - 12:00pm
Baptism is an outward sign of the inward transforma-
tion God has brought to your life through Jesus. It is a
profoundly significant demonstration to the Lord, to
his church, and to a watching world that you have
turned from your previous sin (repentance) and
turned fully to Christ (faith.) It's a declaration to all that
Jesus is the Lord of your life. Have questions? Wonder
if baptism is for you? Have you been baptized in the
past but are unsure if you were truly a follower of
Jesus? Email carson@lifeconnectionkc.org or mark
“baptism” on the communication card on Sunday
morning. The deadline to express interest in baptism
is March 15.
