Spells and Prayers Lists

I. Prayers of Marcus
Divine Strength (Difficulty: 9+): The caster gets a +2 STR bonus to his/her close combat attacks. The
caster needs to make a WIL test at the beginning of each round to see if the effect of the prayer
remains. If the test is failed, the caster does not benefit from the +2 STR bonus until he/she successfully
casts the prayer again.

Lion Heart (Difficulty: 10+): The caster is immune to fear. This effect remains until the caster is stunned
or taken out of action.

Holy Armor (Difficulty: 11+): The caster gets +2 DEF bonus in addition to any other DEF bonuses. This
DEF bonus is not subject to armor piercing effects. This effect lasts until the next activation of the caster.

Aura of Righteousness (Difficulty: 9+): The caster and all friendly models within 6” of the caster are
immune to the effects of spells. This effect lasts until the next activation of the caster or until the caster
is knocked down, stunned or taken out of action (whichever happens first).

Smite (Difficulty: 13+): The caster makes a STR 4 hit at a single enemy model within 3” of the caster. This
model may be engaged in close combat with a model, allied (friendly) to the caster. If the target of the
prayer is undead or a demonic creature, it suffers a STR 6 hit instead.

Cure (Difficulty: 6+): This prayer may be cast only if the caster is in direct contact with an unengaged
friendly model. The caster targets a friendly model. The target of the prayer stands up if it is knocked
down or stunned and any negative effects on its statistics are removed. Any effects from poison are also
removed.

Turn Undead (Difficulty: 7+): Any undead model within 8” of the caster needs to take a WIL test. Those
that fail the test move their SPD directly away from the caster. This may make some models fall from
high ground, in which case they should take damage in the same way as in the case of failing a climbing
roll while climbing down. Also, the effect of the prayer may make some models leave close combat,
which immediately gives the right of all models engaged with them to make a free attack.

II. Deep Goblin Witchcraft

Curse of Bones (Difficulty: ): The target needs to pass an END test or its SPD is reduced by 1. This
negative modifier does not stack with multiple iterations of the curse on a single target. At any point
during the game, a model that is under this curse may spend 1 action to make an END test. If successful,
the effect of the test is removed.

Curse of Feebleness (Difficulty: ): The target needs to pass a WIL test or its WIL is reduced by 2. This
negative modifier does not stack with multiple iterations of the curse on a single target. At any point
during the game, a model that is under this curse may spend 1 action to make an WIL test. If successful,
the effect of the test is removed.
Curse of Fatigue (Difficulty: ): The target needs to pass an END test or its CMB is reduced by 2. This
negative modifier does not stack with multiple iterations of the curse on a single target. At any point
during the game, a model that is under this curse may spend 1 action to make an END test. If successful,
the effect of the test is removed.

Curse of Weakness (Difficulty: ): The target needs to pass a WIL test or its STR is reduced by 1. This
negative modifier does not stack with multiple iterations of the curse on a single target. At any point
during the game, a model that is under this curse may spend 1 action to make an WIL test. If successful,
the effect of the test is removed.

Call of the Witch (Difficulty: ): All deep goblins and gnawers within the witch’s WIL radius get +1 WIL for
the purpose of their next activations/reactions until the end of the round.

Mist of Confusion (Difficulty: ): The caster gets +2 DEF bonus against ranged attacks. This bonus lasts
until the caster is knocked down, stunned or out of action. This bonus may not be modified by armor
piercing effects.
