WRITING – Writing a biography

Follow It is a short biography (100 – 140 words) about
instructions in the someone famous or someone the writer admires.

Written Can use the Present Perfect for recent facts. Can
production talk about particular actions that finished in the past
- using the Past Simple, or were in progress in the
GRAMMAR past (Past Continuous) or happened previous to a
past action (Past Perfect)

Written Uses the adverb “as” meaning equally or

production “considered to be”.
- Uses adverbs finished in –ly to attract the reader’s
VOCABULARY attention.
Uses an appropriate range of vocabulary.

Punctuation Uses punctuation and capitalization correctly in

general.
Uses punctuation and capitalization correctly in
quotations.
