We submit that we are residing in Division No.22 of Thenabanda of Chittoor

Municipal Corporation.
 We submit that the Chittoor Municipal Corporation has published the Voters List
of Last Printing dt:15.01.2013 for nearly 2154 voters and thereafter without proper
reasons the Chittoor Municipal Corporation has deleted nearly 731 voters in
Thenabanda Area and prepared a List only with 1423 Voters instead of 2154 Voters
and there is a deletion of 731 voters, it is a cruel injustice to the deleted voters
and it is a defeat of democracy and sham to electoral process.

We further submit that recently some more peoples are joined in our locality and
they also enrolled in Voters List and got issued ID cards by RDO of Chittoor before
Notification, but without any reasons the Chittoor Municipal Corporation deleted our
names in the Voters List. Further the deleted list of Voters are not merged with other
Divisions also and in this regard we discussed with the R.D.O., of Chittoor also, but
there is no justice to us. The voters who are interested to participate in Corporation
election were suffering a lot by way of that “they are not eligible to participate in
election, since their name was not in the Voters List in the Municipal Corporation Voters
List published on 15.01.2014”.

Hence, we the people of Thenabanda Area of 22 nd Ward/Division requested your

authority to stop the Election Process pertaining to that Ward/Division or atleast provide
us Voting opportunity as we already lost a chance to participate as a Corporator in the
other Divisions and it is against to the Constitution.
