The factors of PESTEL Model related to the effect of Ethics in volunteer organization while

1. Political factor: The volunteer organizations are independent to govt. and raising capital
through donations and fund raising activities.
2. Economical factor: As they are referred as non-profit organization, they are not related
to measure profit. Though some volunteer organization may earn profit.
3. Social: Volunteer organization’s main goal is social welfare. So they involve the shared
belief and attitudes of the population.
4. Technological factor: The volunteer organizations use technology to customize their
services and make easier for people to become close to whom to get services.
5. Environmental factor: The target is the human welfare. So this factor is the forefront in
the last few years or so. They are motivated by the desire to achieve social goals.
6. Legal factor: The volunteer organizations need to make activities cost neutral by
refunding volunteer expanse. They don’t exist to provide profit for shareholder; they need
to generate income to help further the organization’s purposes and provision of services.
