Dear Fabletics customer service:

I would like to cancel my membership with Fabletics. I believe that the sizing guide is incorrect
and that the leggings sent to me are for a petite instead of a regular woman. I would like to be
reimbursed $25.68 that I paid for the two pair of leggings. I would also like my membership to
be canceled.

In September I signed up for the VIP membership which gave me the opportunity to buy two
pairs of leggings for $25. When I received my order, I tried on the leggings and noticed that the
size from the inseam to the waist was very tight as well as the legs of the pants where longer than
my legs. I ordered XL regular for both pairs of leggings.

I thought I might have just been a mix up in the packaging, so I returned the two pairs I had
gotten and ordered another two pair of leggings in the same size. When these pairs of leggings
came in, I found them to be exactly the same as before. They were two small in the crotch area
and two long in the legs.

I cannot trust that any further leggings will be the correct size for me, and I have given up. You
may send my reimbursement for the $25 to my address shown above. Please also cancel my
membership. This is very hard because I have enjoyed the quality and feel of the fabrics.
