political asylum in other countries and are called refugees and given shelter at another
country. People move to other countries as refugees due to problems or conflicts in their
country.
Democracy is related with bureaucracy. In democracy, elections are held, and it means
equality, freedom, capitalism, free economy.
Freedom means independency and justice is given to people.
Community has people of all races. Different races and religion make a community.
Service is working. It is service people whether in military and serving the country or
volunteering.
Volunteering is being kind, compassionate. It means giving, helping and is teamwork. It is
about building skills and work which is not done for money.

Words I chose are positive. It has a positive impact on the insights I drew.
What meaning do these lists have for you personally?
These lists hold an important place for me. Democracy is significant because I feel that
everyone should have their own voice and be able to voice their opinions. Immigrants are an
important part of all country’s population because a lot of countries now need more people
as they have aging population. I have family members who has moved to other countries as
immigrants.
What might be some implications of this word association for your future work as an
emerging leader in your community?
As an emerging leader I feel that these words will push me to work towards helping
refugees and fight for immigrant’s rights. I will also fight to reduce inequality and for
people’s rights and freedom.
