You have been appointed as a Process Engineer and been assigned to expand your
production. The expansion will involve in purchasing a numbers of high technology
machinery costing millions of dollars. After the tender is launched, you have received quite
a few of entertainment invitation from suppliers. You also noticed that some of the suppliers
are your old friends. Briefly discuss how you should react to those invitations
professionally.

industry. The professional engineer who steadfastly embraces the IEM Regulations on
Professional Conduct is left in a dilemma. His option is that he could just ignore it or turn
